Verify that the link points to the correct file and location. • Manage the project cycle for MDM projects including project initiation, business requirements and scope development, functional analysis, technical design, application development, testing (including unit, end-to-end systems integration testing, QA, and UAT), deployment, and post-production validation (PPV) • Coordinating necessary updates to the MDM processes based on changing needs of the enterprise (such as incorporating new data feeds, altering business rules etc.) • Prepare and communicate project goals, scope, communication plan, risk management plan and expectations to all stakeholders • Develop the Project Delivery Plan to include: timeline, milestones, detailed tasks, durations, resources, and dependencies necessary to deliver the Project on-time and on-budget using standard toolsets approved by the SiriusXM PMO Team • Oversee the project budget, including securing the necessary funding approvals to deliver the project • Receive, review and manage project scope change requests, including analyzing the impacts to time/resources/budgets, communicating the risks to the project, and attaining the necessary approvals from the Executives in IT and/or the Business to proceed • Effectively and proactively identify and mitigate project delivery risks as they arise throughout the project. Facilitate the timely resolution of issues and escalate as needed to Sr. Management • Responsible for the coordination of the overall test plan including: environment setup, application access, test data availability, test case prep and execution, defect reporting, defect resolution, and go/no go. • Ensure alignment of the project deliverables to the business goals throughout the delivery lifecycle to achieve high quality delivery. Work closely with management to ensure project solutions closely align with the overall IT and corporate strategy. • Maintain the project documentation and approvals in Sharepoint throughout the project to ensure auditability and traceability • Oversee the delivery of technical designs, updated planning estimates, and modified resource allocations to ensure that such planning assumptions are reflected in the Plan • Ensure the timely and effective communication to stakeholders of project progress. • Track time, status, and other project updates in the Department’s PPM Tools necessary to maintain clear visibility to on-time and on-budget delivery. • Work effectively with all members of the organization, including business and technical staff • Work effectively with Senior Leadership team • Work effectively across functional teams and departments • Facilitate discussions and meetings • Coordinate smooth and timely production launches EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of 10 years project management experience leading IT projects in a subscription based industry • Familiarity with SDLC and various project management methodologies including Waterfall and Agile • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field (Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering) or equivalent experience • Experience with MDM transformation, technical understanding of the data, ETL/integration processes, the calculations, tools used to develop the views (and enable sub/pub of data) and ops processes (requirements, modeling, etc.) • Need to be customer facing – capable of driving a large scale transformation into the Company where the culture/skills/processes are immature • Teradata/Aprimo, Cognos, SQL Server, Qlikview, Informatica, Vertica, Hadoop • Planview, Microsoft Office, strong Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio • Experience with customer facing applications with specific knowledge of MDM • Previous experience managing multiple projects concurrently • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent planning and organizational skills • Excellent leadership and management skills • Prior programming experience a plus • PMI certification desirable • Must have the legal right to work in the United States -- -- Regards Divya | Executive IT Recruitment Infoway Software / Amicus Systems Inc | Address388 Washington Road, Suite A Sayreville, NJ 08872 917-832-9862 | [image: WebsiteGB] <http://www.infowaysoftware.com/> [image: email] <di...@infowaysoftware.com> <http://in.linkedin.com/in/dasaridivya/> [image: Facebook button] <http://https//www.facebook.com/dasari.divya> [image: Twitter button] <http://https//twitter.com/ddivs777> *(Please share the Hotlist / suitable resumes only & not the requirements)* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "REQSRESUMES" group.
