Duration: 8+ months Rate: $55/h C2C SCANNED COPY OF WORK AUTHORIZATION IS MUST The goal of the Enterprise Billing (EBS) Project is document the work flow & processes related to OIT Billing (from where billing data is created, to the various billing streams, to the upload to EBS, to Billing Team functions, to invoice generation, etc.). Also, to document specific details of each billing stream (standard form completed on each stream). Basically, to document the current practice as a means of determining next steps (continued fixing of current system or looking for replacement). Knowledge of accounting & billing systems would be helpful •Experience with creating work flows, process improvements & facilitating process engagements •Document business processes using industry modeling tools •Identify & consult with clients on recommended changes in client work processes as appropriate to ensure the best software solution for the client’s needs.
