Performs tasks within planned durations and established deadlines. This position collaborates with teams to ensure effective communication and to support the achievement of objectives. Develops, maintains, and provides 24x7 support as needed (problem log research, root cause analysis, impact) for applications. Knowledge and proficiency with web browsers, HTML/JavaScript, Java/OO programming, AJAX, MVC, J2EE (servlets, JSP, EJB, JMS, JDBC, ejb, log4j), Application server/JRE/JDKx.x, IDE and source code, Windows and Linux OS, UNIX command library, databases and SQL, MS Office Suite and Visio. Solid ability to troubleshoot and debug, must be resourceful. *Management Skills:* A bachelor degree in Computer Science/related discipline or the equivalent in Management Skills: education and work experience is required.
