Roles & Responsibilities:Understand client’s product portfolio.Understand the clients key quality metrics, how they are defined and captured.Understand the supplier repair process, its nuances, how the repair data is captured and reported.Review supplier Repair data periodically and ensure its accuracy, consistency and completeness.Review supplier key quality metrics periodically, identify trends/patterns, define actions to be taken to meet the quality target and drive the actions to closure.Extract Key Quality metrics (PDOA & MDOA) and report it to Executives in Client organization periodically.Identify process improvement initiatives in the repair process and drive them collaboratively with the supplier.Act as single point of contact to client for the supplier quality and repair process.Provide expert guidance to improve supplier repair quality (ex. improving repair yield, reducing repair scrap cost, etc.)*
