Oracle HRMS Functional Consultants
12+ Months Contract
- Should have over all 5-8 years of Implementation and Support
experience of any Oracle HRMS ERP Projects
- Should have min of 2-4 years of Taleo Implementation or Support
- Should have completed at least 2 end to end Oracle Taleo Recruitment
and Onboarding module implementations
- Taleo Learning module experience is optional/ nice to have.
- Should be able to configure Taleo System as per client requirements
- Should be expert in Requirement gathering, analysis, fit gap and
- Expert in defining, designing and developing out bound and in bound
- Expert in data conversion, data mapping, data migration to Taleo
- Experience with dealing with re-engineering of HR processes.
- Experience in conducting architecture, design and solution workshops
- Expertise in Functional Testing, User Acceptance Tests, Test Plans,
Test strategy, Test Scenarios
- Expert in Documentation – Requirement Gathering documents, Fit gap,
- Should be able to conduct trainings, preparation of training
materials, user guides
- Should be able to provide operational support, Issue analysis and
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate conceptual
ideas clearly and effectively;
- Experience on Taleo Connect Client is added advantage.
- Expert in Developing custom Reports is added advantage
