We have really high standards when it comes to being able to absorb and master complex information in a very short time. *JOB DESCRIPTION* Client is looking for a talented and passionate Business Analyst to assist our project team with gathering user requirements and feedback. The project is an enterprise buildout of a next-generation, mobile-enabled cloud storage and sharing platform to centrally store, manage, review, and distribute digital files to users worldwide. The project has been running for almost a year and has a tight-knit group of exceptional team players with a very flat organizational structure. Client is dedicated to support numerous departments throughout the studio by building tools that make their business processes more efficient. While groups in each lines of businesses have distinctively different workflows and requirements, the BA is to capture the underlying objectives of why each group does what they do, distill the requirements, and offer solutions that will not only benefit the specific group but also the broader audience. The team runs using a carefully selected and constantly evolving combination of agile methodologies & processes. Our design and UX process stresses rapid prototyping and is centered on real time course correction based on very tight user feedback loops. We partner closely with our target user groups, and strive to elicit and incorporate their feedback early and often. This is rooted in our strong belief that while mockups and wireframes are useful tools, there is really no substitute for real people using our system to accomplish their day to day responsibilities.
