- A proven track record with at least 2-3 yrs. of experience sourcing
*IT* candidates for placements in both contract and permanent positions.
- Able to establish strong relationships with experienced candidates
through phone calls, emails.
- Previous interviewing and resume screening skills to ensure
candidate's credentials match job requirements; experience building and
maintaining a network for new business opportunities and referrals to help
source qualified candidates.
- This position requires strong negotiating and communication skills, a
person who is highly motivated and a self-starter with a high sense of
urgency and strong desire to be the best.
- Should have a strong sense of discipline and a positive attitude.
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
- Must have ability and willing to work beyond the limits.
- Cold calling and referral checks.
- Passive recruiting techniques.
- Must be expert in LinkedIn search techniques.
