- Using statistical techniques such as correlation analysis, linear and nonlinear regressions, logistic regression, sampling and resampling methods. - Helping in strategic, tactical and operational decision making; - Creating trend reports and summary statistics; - Extracting data from several systems(Salesforce, billing systems, Web, etc.); and - Extracting Transforming and Loading (ETL) data available in various formats into SPSS/SSIS for running analytics. - Gathering and interpreting data to support the business development and product lifecycle - Building models to gain insights on what drives product performance in terms of both revenue, as well as user satisfaction - Providing feedback to engineering and product teams on impact of product launches In addition, the Data Analyst will manage data running into multiple tables, data cleansing, developing business cases and managing delivery of regular tracking and monitoring reports. The data analysts will include presenting data in charts, graphs, tables, designing and developing relational databases for collecting data. The data analyst will work with Senior Leadership in order to understand what is being asked and transform complex information in a easily understandable fashion. *Required* - University Degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Numerical Analysis, Computer Science focus) - At least 2 years’ experience in Microsoft SSIS - At least 2 years’ experience in SAS and/or SPSS - At least 2 years’ experience in data cleansing, data analysis and data summarization on large data sets - At least 2 years’ experience in writing SQL queries - Basic knowledge in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) - At least 2 years’ experience in Basic/Advanced statistics and familiarity with statistical techniques including correlation analysis, linear and nonlinear regressions, logistic regression, sampling and resampling methods, time series, predictive modeling, and longitudinal analysis - At least 2 years’ experience in developing software requirements; designing or re-designing business processes; working all phases of SDLC Experience; systems design or development - Self-starter – must be productive with minimal direction - Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment - Excellent visual design sense regarding clear and accurate presentation of data *Thanks & Regards,* *Ashok Kumar* *Siyaton Global Solutions, Inc.* *as...@siyaton.com* <as...@siyaton.com>* | **ashok.siya...@gmail.com* <ashok.siya...@gmail.com> 1590 S.
