Position : QA Test Analyst Location : Indianapolis, IN -- (*F2F Interview*) Duration : 6+ Months Contract *Rate : $35/hr on C2C MAX* *Must-haves* 5+ years' of software testing experience Successful track record of providing technical SQA expertise on complex projects, leading to the on time delivery of high quality commercial applications Minimum of low-intermediate level automation tool experience required. Experience testing .NET applications RDBMS testing experience Education in and basic coding experience of at least one language Experience creating and running test scripts Experience on a Microsoft platform *Role * The Sr. Test Analyst will be responsible for providing testing solutions, strategies, plans and script execution. This position will interface with a variety of internal stakeholders, development and testing vendor partners as well as with business end users. The Essential functions and responsibilities in this role will entail the following: Responsible for reviewing applicable project/application documentation. Compile appropriate domain knowledge. Establish appropriate test coverage and effort estimates Define, execute and track status of test cases. Detect, communicate and track defects through the utilization of effective trend analysis. Escalate risks and progress reporting to project team and Testing Management. Assess and enhance testing effectiveness and efficiency.
