*SAP Solution Manager has multiple modules within it called Charm, Service
Desk, Service Request, Business Process Monitoring etc. SolMan with strong
Service Desk implementation experience is what is primarily needed.*

·         Provide solution lifecycle management which guides project
planning considerations tdeliver high quality solutions that are flexible,
scalable, easy tmaintain, delivered on time, within budget requirements,
and meets or exceeds customer expectations.

·         Manage multi-project work items tensure consistent delivery

·         Manage pipeline of defined projects for delivery and scope of
multiple project change requests.

·         Manage the delivery of work item artifacts throughout the
solution lifecycle, for example:

·         Business requirements definition,

·         Prototype design & reviews,

·         User experience (UX) expectations in Visio,

·         User acceptance test

·         Learning materials (training)

·         Manage maintenance and support requirements for handing off new
