Our Direct Client is tentatively looking for 2 resources that can come in
and take over management of their current production FIM environment – not
 a developer.  This is more like a helpdesk position This would include the
following; Anticipated start date is April; locals are highly preferred.
The rate is Open



·         Operating system health and welfare (patching and configuration)

·         FIM service health and welfare (patching and configuration)

·         Daily operations tasks for the FIM service

§   Monitoring of the service

§   Monitoring of the Mas

§   Replication

§   Database health and data quality

§   Minor configuration changes as needed (upgrades, MA management etc.)

They need to be proficient in the use of FIM and be able to diagnose and
correct issues as they come up. They would expect that the on shore
resource could give proper direction to the off shore resource to ensure
their time is used wisely.  They would rely on these individuals as their
FIM SMEs and may need them to join and provide input on meetings as
strategy discussions arise.
