We have a Direct Client Requirement for you and the details are as follows Title: *PeopleSoft - Functional Business Analyst (FSCM)* *** Fulltime Permanent *** Location: Barrington, IL Duration: Fulltime Permanent Need ASAP *Required Skills:* - Minimum of *10 years’ experience *working with various *Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM projects* - Minimum *3 End to End* PeopleSoft FSCM 9.0/9.1/9.2 Implementations - *In depth Expertise in PeopleSoft Supply Chain and Manufacturing, Inventory, Item, Configurator, Esupplier, Order Management and Supply Planning, Purchasing modules. * - Responsible to consult on PeopleSoft modules and support the functional business to clearly identify their requirements, understand module capabilities and process flow required . - Knowledge of General Ledger, Account Payables, Accounts Receivables, Billing, eProcurement, Treasury, Asset Management, Project costing, eSettlements. - Good understanding of PeopleSoft Table structures, ER diagrams - Experience in designing and configuring PeopleSoft FSCM application - Experience in integration points of PS modules and interfaces with third party apps. - Understand and support end to end implementation project activities right from Requirements, Data conversion to GO Live Activities - Proficient in Functional Requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, designing solutions , providing workarounds, end user training, Demos - Good functional requirement validation/functional testing skills - Should be able to understand, design, test new custom Processes, Interfaces, Reports as per Business requirements - Experience using a systematic approach for problem analysis and resolution as well as the resourceful evaluation of solution alternatives. - Good Documentation skills – Functional Specifications, Business Requirements, Process Flows, Test Scenarios, User Manuals, Training documents - Coordinating User Acceptance Testing with clients - Should be knowledgeable in using Test Management Tools , Change management tools and other project management tools *Other Requirements:* - Basic Knowledge of Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, COBOL, PS Query, SQL, Crystal and nVision, Integration Broker, Analytics - Able to deliver with quality products under multiple deadlines. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Should have worked with Global Clients - Must be able to work with minimum guidance - Must be able to guide and mentor junior team members - Understand and support end to end implementation project activities right from Requirements, Data conversion to GO Live Activities - Should be able to coordinate with distributed global teams (business users, on site, offshore, developers).
