Additionally, the successful candidate must be a strategic thinker, capable of clearly presenting ideas and concepts in formal and informal settings, and must demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and use new technology, continuously develop skills, and manage multiple, concurrent projects in different stages. This is not a technical position, although competency in front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS will be helpful. As a core member of SCANA’s Web redesign team, this position will collaborate with business stakeholders across the organization to develop sound business strategies for the Web while representing the customer voice and supporting branding standards. The qualified candidate must have at least five years experience in user experience or interactive marketing in an agency or corporate environment. This position also requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Marketing, Communications or a related field. Applicants must be able to demonstrate skills in facilitating user interviews, field research and usability tests. A portfolio of work samples will also be required if selected for an interview. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products is required.
