· Strong hands on Citrix Administration
· Maintenance, troubleshooting and doing RCA of Citrix XenApp
· Citrix Administration: - Administration & troubleshooting XenApp
5/6/6.5, Enterprise Netscaler, Edge Sight
· Application installation, configuration & publishing on a Citrix
server & setting up load balancing within Citrix farm as per the client
· Trouble shooting daily issues regarding Citrix access,
Performance by Providing Remote Assistance. Managed custom built business
critical applications on Citrix.
· Managing Citrix licensing & terminal services licensing and
windows terminal server.
· Primary responsibility is to ensure High uptime for Servers.
· Ensure proper escalation procedures are followed for daily user
call reports-Doing problem management, proposing changes & implementing
· Windows 2003/2008/2012 Servers - commission, recovery,
maintenance, troubleshooting of OS and hardware issues, decommission etc.
· Good working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and WINS
· Good working Knowledge of SAN storage and the integration with
Virtual servers and Physical servers environment
· Expertise in Disaster Recovery Technologies
· Basic understanding of network technologies and architecture
· Experience in a large, geographically dispersed environment
· Experience in Global Delivery Model working with teams which are
positioned in multiple geographical locations across global time zones is
· Ability to work with minimal direction, yet also able to work in
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Experience in client interactions
· Production Support : Respond to the issues assigned, do analysis,
participate in estimating the effort needed to implement solution or work
around, suggest / implement work around, communicate to all the stake
holder and close the issue as per the agreed timelines in order to ensure
support availability as per agreed SLAs
· Interact with client senior leadership and SMEs to understand the
requirement, expectations and articulate value of Infosys Solution.
· Provide thought leadership and driving client long range plans
· Analyzing and troubleshooting complex business and technical
· Ensure operational and system documentation is created and
· participate in Knowledge Management activities with the objective
of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to clients in own
technology domain within the guidelines, policies and norms
· Participate in the estimation of work product in order to provide
right information to TL/PM for overall project estimation
