Negotiation, Presentation Skills should be apt to showcase technology depth and breadth of the organization. · Ability to map to the right stakeholders, multivendor/practice/party coordination. · Proactive approach towards generating downstream business revenue by analyzing the as is business of the customer. · Account Mining to generate opportunities. *Skill2 - PeopleSoft Technical Consulting (L1)* · Very good technical expertise in PeopleSoft product, able to architect solutions and prepare proper tech design documents that hold up across different modules. · Expertise across implementation and support projects. · Ability to conduct trainings to the Power Users and train and mentor Wipro consultants. · Design, Develop and troubleshoot relatively complex solutions. · Expertise in People tools and very good ability to customize complex applications. · Expertise in Data Migration and Customization and other complextech operations. Also has experience in Upgrade, Migration and Consolidation projects and execution methodologies. · Should also have technical and functional knowledge in look into all aspects of all PSFT modules. · Able to develop expertise in new and niche tech areas. Able to troubleshoot complex applications and do root cause analysis for the system errors. · Able to create quality documentation capturing all the information. *Essential Skill(s)* *Skill1 - PeopleSoft Technical Consulting (L2)* · Advanced technical expertise in PeopleSoft product, able to architect and advise customers on applicable PSFT tech solutions and on realization of the same in both implementation and support projects. Excellent knowledge of execution methodologies, for all types of projects in the PSFT space. · Experienced in all types of PSFT projects. Ability to train advanced users, design, develop and troubleshoot complex landscapes. Ability to work with senior customer representatives and align technical objectives to business strategy. · Contribution to thought leadership in the PSFT tech space.
