*Job Description*:-

5+ years work experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office
Applications and helpdesk / desktop support. Performs 2nd Level Technical
Support to User Support related issues Strong problem-solving, analytical
and solid troubleshooting skills are essential Excellent organization
skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
simultaneously. Hands-on experience with computer hardware and peripheral
equipment. Excellent documentation skills including verbal and written
communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) Experience with performing backups &
recovery, installing, configuring and maintaining desktop & laptop PCs &
peripherals, installing & configuring application & operating system
software & upgrades, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system
hardware, software & networking issues, and troubleshooting & repairing
hardware & network connectivity issues. Deep understanding of PC hardware.
Proficient in performing, break/fix, installations, and upgrades Deep
knowledge of common desktop operating systems: Windows 7, WIndows 8, OSx
knowledge is a plus Experience installing and troubleshooting software for
the above platforms Experience with troubleshooting a variety of Mobile
Device Platforms including iOS and Android Experience with Mobile Device
Management Platforms such as MobileIron Experience in identifying,
removing, and protecting against spyware/virus infection. Working knowledge
of desktop networking (wired and wireless), and network troubleshooting
skills. Excellent Customer Service Skills strong people skills & an
outgoing personality, extremely customer-oriented, treating co-workers and
customers with the utmost consideration and respect, Ability to build
excellent and friendly relationships with all employees, Ability to follow
up on assignments from senior members of the team, and complete tasks in a
timely manner Maintains documentation to ensure it is up-to-date and
implements new documentation as needed, contributing to our corporate
knowledge base
