Performs 2nd Level Technical Support to User Support related issues Strong problem-solving, analytical and solid troubleshooting skills are essential Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Hands-on experience with computer hardware and peripheral equipment. Excellent documentation skills including verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) Experience with performing backups & recovery, installing, configuring and maintaining desktop & laptop PCs & peripherals, installing & configuring application & operating system software & upgrades, analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving system hardware, software & networking issues, and troubleshooting & repairing hardware & network connectivity issues. Deep understanding of PC hardware. Proficient in performing, break/fix, installations, and upgrades Deep knowledge of common desktop operating systems: Windows 7, WIndows 8, OSx knowledge is a plus Experience installing and troubleshooting software for the above platforms Experience with troubleshooting a variety of Mobile Device Platforms including iOS and Android Experience with Mobile Device Management Platforms such as MobileIron Experience in identifying, removing, and protecting against spyware/virus infection. Working knowledge of desktop networking (wired and wireless), and network troubleshooting skills.
