*Senior Business System Analyst:  FI/CO:*

*6+ months*

We are looking for a strong SAP FI/CO candidate and his/her role is
expected to act as the liaison between the business and IT in such areas
as, review and of business requirements, design, and configuration and
identify process and system changes as needed.  He/she should have project
implementation experience in all the areas of FI/CO and a very good
understanding of finance business processes. The individual must know how
to leverage standard or company best practices to implement FI/CO processes
on an existing SAP environment. This position will be required to work on
assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and
initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations to
improve Financial Systems and its business processes.

Job Responsibilities:

   - Experience in the following areas:

Documenting processes; definition of functional requirements, identifying
and recommending process improvements; conducting gap analysis,
configuration; writing test cases; full life cycle testing; executing
projects and system support

   - Configuration experience and knowledge of the following areas -
   General Ledger, Basic Controlling, Inter Company, Cost Element Accounting,
   Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, New GL and Foreign
   - Configured and activated Material Ledger for multiple plants and/or
   multiple countries
   - Actual Costing and Material Ledger with Group Costing, Multiple
   Valuation and Multiple Currencies

·         Experience and knowledge with BI/BW System, and extract process

   - Involved in data gathering, data analysis, and SAP Integrated data
   warehousing projects (BI/BW)

·         Experience in working with SAP and data conversions from Third
Party Systems

   - Exposure and some knowledge in Inventory Management
   - Well versed in integration of FI/CO, SD and MM
   - Experience in SAP implementation/ upgrades, including ECC 6.0 version
   - Experience in preparation of report design and report creation using
   Report Writer, Report Painter, and SAP Query
   - High degree of experience in writing a comprehensive and well thought
   out functional documents (FD’s).  Writing sample of FD’s is required.
   - Worked on LSMW (Legacy System Migration Work)
   - Assist in User Acceptance testing (UAT)
   - Experience with HP ALM, incident and project tracking tool
   - Exceptionally proficient in identifying and solving problems while
   thinking outside the box; hands-on but capable of interacting with all
   levels of management and employees
   - Experience in improving business process to reduce rework on various
   office functions, multi-tasking between different projects

·         Manage and deliver projects on time, on budget, and meeting or
exceeding quality expectations

·         Project Management experience a plus, especially a PMP

·         Experience in working with developers and other business

   - Experience in using the using Accounting Principle/practices like
   - Lead several complex systems conversion projects from SAP R/3 to ECC
   - Knowledge of Consolidation and Elimination Process in  ECCS
   - Experience with tax reporting (1099)
   - Experience with SAP’s Controlling functional modules
   - Experience with Budgeting and Forecast (BPC)
   - Debugging experience in ABAP in coordination with development team
