Position : Business Analyst /System Tester Location : Topeka KS Duration : 6 Months ** Consultant should be G.C. or Citizen only. ** MANDATORY SKILLS:- Establish acceptance criteria during User Story definition. Experience with Health Insurance working with Membership (Members and Dependents). Experience with Java development. DB2 experience. JUnit for code coverage. Unit, Integration and System testing experience. Ability to interpret user requirements into IT system requirements. Works with Java developers to ensure requirements have been fully addressed. Excellent communication skills - both oral and written. Ability to lead meetings involving groups of people from different organizational areas. Great organizational and planning skills. High attention to detail. PREFERRED SKILLS:- Experience working in an Agile development environment. Prefer to have experience with HIPAA 834 layout. High level understanding of PPACA legislation.
