Experience supporting & troubleshooting Windows server environment

Vendor management

Working knowledge on Service management tools

Troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Must work well with people both in and out of the group

Adhere to defined Incident & Change management process

Good verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to co-ordinate well between teams

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

Plan, create, document and manage Requests to Release (RTRs) effectively

Complete understanding and adherence to migration process and procedures

Perform SOP based migration related tasks

Triage between groups to ensure all assigned tasks are complete

Ensure 100% compliance to processes defined

Escalate as per defined escalation matrix

Responsible for timeliness and accuracy of migration related tasks
