· Generic Proficiency: Ability to read through the customer
business processesand simultaneously formulating the adoption of the best
business practices inmeeting the foreseeable challenges.
· Ability to review, validate the right setof questions.
· Create solution workshops with senior business managers,
reviewvalidate solution proposals and estimates, rendering advice on best
businesspractices and getting the buy in to adopt these practices. Ability
to keep up-to-date with the SAP roadmap and technology relevant to HR
· Ability tocreate solution road maps integrating multiple
· Ability topresent and get the buy in for the solution from senior
managers and the CXOlevels.
· Implement the solution by leading the team.
· In addition to leveragingthe standard processes, come out with
innovative solutions and timely executionof the project within the agreed
time lines and the cost.
· Ability to lead ateam and participate in presales activity and
ability to give suggestions onareas of improvements.
· Knowledge of the quality processes and adopted qualitystandards
in projects. Knowledge of the recognized quality tools andParticipate in
Quality Improvement meetings
· Should have more than 6 years of SAP experience in the core
module of specialization and 5 - 8 years of domainexperience Module
· specific Proficiency: Must have good SAP applicationspecific
knowledge of the HR processes: o Personnel Administration,Organization
Management, Time Management, Travel Management and BenefitsManagement,
Payroll Accounting o Personnel Development, Training & EventManagement,
Enterprise Compensation Management and Recruitment o ESS& MSS,
E-Recruitment and Learning Solution o HR Analytics Must have specialized
infollowing four or more SAP application specific
