Overview:
Looking for Test Lead at onsite US to handle Insurance project and should
have worked inonsite offshore model with extensive client handling
experience in Insurance domain mainly commercial lines. Should be able to
support offshore team from onsite in extended hours.
*Job Responsibilities:*
Need strong lead following skill set and min 7-9 years experience -
1 Extensive knowledge of *Duck Creek Policy Admin system*
2 Extensive knowledge of PnC Insurance mainly Commercial Line
3 Strong Test Lead. Must have handled a team
4 Excellent communication
5 Strong in Automation
6 Should have extensive experience in Test planning and Testing life cycle
7 Test Management tool *JIRA* and Confluence
8 knowledge of SQL Database
9 Should have worked on Agile project
10 Interact with clients to understand the business requirement of project/
enhancements
11 Crafting of Test Plan and Test Strategy document
12 Test case creation
13 Coordinate with clients for change requests and implement in testing
14 Perform Test Estimation
15Perform different types of testing such as Functional, Integration,
Regression and System testing
16Coordination with offshore team
Personal Attributes Highly motivated, with a proven ability to work on
own initiative within a challenging work environment
- Strong team player with good organization, planning and leadership
skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication &
influencing skills
- Exceptional presentation, business writing and professional standards
