This position also requires a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Experience working in a clinical environment and migration of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Formal training in project management is also required. A PMP certification is preferred. A strong understanding of business process improvement is required. Demonstrated strong negotiating, planning, team building, coaching, financial and risk management skills. A good understanding of emerging technologies. Must be able to lead efforts to assess the competitiveness of new technologies in relation to the overall goals and objectives of the University.
