*Position:Oracle HCM Functional Lead*

This position will be *the leader* of the HCM functional team for Wave 1.
The resource will lead the solution design and milestones for HCM and
Payroll processes, implementing Oracle EBS modules and other applications
to support resolution of Cook County Government requirements. Resource will
support Requirements Analysis, Fit/Gap Assessment, Solution Design,
Functional Specifications, Configuration, Testing, and Implementation of
the solution using the IBM Oracle Method. Candidates should have at least 3
full life cycles with hands-on configuration experience in multiple
modules. Ability to work in a team and good communication skills are

 *Required Skills**:-*

       ·         10+ years’ experience with Oracle E-Business Suite

·         Minimum 7 years’ experience implementing the HCM applications

·         Minimum 2 years’ experience with EBS R12

·         Understanding of Public Sector HCM/Payroll concepts including
configuration of Oracle R12 HCM module including all associated business

·         Understanding of Public Sector HCM/Payroll processes

·         Experience designing and implementing the Oracle R12 HCM module

·         Experience facilitating design workshops

·         Experience defining business processes including documentation
such as process flows

·         Experience documenting requirements analysis including Fit/Gap

·         Experience configuring Oracle EBS R12 software modules

·         Experience writing Functional Specifications for RICEW objects

·         Experience performing System Test planning and execution

·         Experience documenting training requirements and job role

·         Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills

·         Customer focused

·         Ability to multi-task and achieve results while working under
pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

 *Preferred Skills*

·         Previous experience implementing Oracle EBS solutions for Public
Sector organization/agencies

·         Previous experience implementing Oracle EBS for a State
Government or large County Government

·         Previous experience implementing other Oracle EBS HCM modules
including HR, Payroll, Benefits, ESS

·         Previous experience implementing or integrating with Hyperion
Budget Planning application

·         Knowledge of and experience applying a Software Development Life
Cycle (SDLC) framework, e.g., IBM Oracle Method or Oracle Unified Method

 *Responsibilities for this position*

·         Meet business objectives for General Ledger module

·         Engage appropriate stakeholders so that their needs are met

·         Lead cross-functional project teams with objectives involving
their business domain experience

·         Responsible for configuration of end-to-end County business
processes for General Ledger module and associated configuration

·         Responsible for the development of functional designs for RICEW

·         Lead and develop materials for the workshop sessions and other
functional meetings

·         Assist in resolving business and system integration issues

·         Develop, validate, and test functional design of ERP solution

·         Provide business process flows and design training solution

·         Respond to project management regarding progress and issues
