*SALESFORCE TECHNICAL Project Manager * *Location: New York, NY* *Duration: Multiple year Contract* *Feedback:* We need a solid, practical awareness and demonstration of when to take control and when to compromise/collaborate. Andre landed squarely (and repeatedly across both interviews) on the ‘take control’ end of the spectrum, never really acknowledged there are different ways to handle different situations. *Must have Salesforce.com Experience* · The client has an instance of Salesforce.com has 25+ integration points so the ideal candidate will have experience with that type of project management (as opposed to a more standalone type of SF implementation). Also the Technical Project Manager will have a very heavy interaction with the product owner team from initial backlog reviews all the way through to post-implementation activities. Depth of experience in a leadership capacity in the PM role is important. · He must have experience leading Salesforce.com based projects. You will be part of a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences across multiple channels, specifically Salesforce.com, and may include native iOS, Android, web, social integration, , and APIs. You will be challenged with identifying innovative ideas and proof of concept to deliver against the existing and future needs of our customers. *Qualifications:* · 8+ years of technical project management experience · Deep understanding of all aspects of software design with a demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility · Strong hands on Salesforce experience or certification (a plus); Ability to get into code with team members and drive to solutions · Experience managing Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver technology solutions on that meet customer expectations for timeliness and quality · Experience managing project budgets and reporting.
