Job Responsibilities :- Client retains the rights to the custom application source code. Next day support would be the responsibility of the client team with the assistance of the IVR contractor. Consultant can help cross train the client team in voice portal development. Contractor can help bridge the knowledge gap between the client IVR developers and the client Avaya voice team administrators. Required skill sets:- Proficient in Java Detailed knowledge of Avaya voice portal and experience portal Detailed knowledge of voice portal best practices Avaya Aura Orchestration Designer and Avaya Dialog Designer VXML experience JSP Web Services JavaScript DB2 Preferred skill sets. Experience with WebSphere application server preferred. Health care experience preferred.
