Job Description:
Must Have Experience
5+ years of experience as Business Analyst
Good understanding of financial industry preferably Retail Banking
Experience of conducting requirements session involving large group
involving Line of Business, QA, PM, Tech leads and Architects.
Experience in Documenting Business requirements.
Experience in documenting functional requirements across all
technical aspects of the solution (UI, business rules and technical
integrations)
Experience in data mapping.
Expertise in diagramming workflow and processes.
Good understanding of SDLC.
Experience in planning, testing, and implementation of system
enhancements.
Experience in Implementation of web based applications.
Experience of working in waterfall methodology.
Experience with handling production issues and resolution.
Proficient with standard documentation tools (Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint and Visio)
Experience with Onsite-Offshore model.
*Nice to Have Experience*
1. Experience with project management activities.
2. Hands on experience of Quality Center.
