*Job Description:*

Project Manager/SAP HCM Solution Architect who has done SAP HCM
integration/roll-outs with a focus on Job Architecture Objects.  No entry
level - need someone to come in and hit the ground running - would consider
non-local candidates.

 Project Management Duties

•             Administration/scheduling meetings

•             Maintaining a project plan and schedule

•             Communication to team and steering team on project status

•             Push the overall project to completion

•             Assist with change management

* SAP HCM OM Job Architecture Object Knowledge*

•             Understands both OM (Organizational Management) and Talent
Management modules in SAP

•             Understands standard SAP OM EhP6 field uses and applications
in real org structures

•             Focus on Job Architecture; objects such as Career Type,
Career Level, Functional Area, Job Family, Job

•             Understands integration of these OM objects into other HCM
business processes and resulting impacts

•             Can quickly analyze our business and help us apply the
standard and intended uses of objects and values to our organization

•             Help us model & build & test our new job architecture

•             Help us model an end to end business process using the new

•             Recommend testing approaches and walk us through them if

•             Help us articulate business benefits of changes to areas of
our organization

Interpersonal/Communication skills:

We need someone that can communicate effectively with people of all
skills/knowledge/background/position within the company in a respectful and
productive way.Ability to work with a team to accomplish goals/displays
understanding of team dynamics.  Ability to communicate with diverse
audiences in ways they understand.  Strong negotiation/interpersonal skills
for interpersonal influence and conflict resolution.
