Location is Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Duration is about one year

Skype interview with manager that you will be working for on the  project.



   QUALIFICATIONS:-



   •         Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, or other related field or relevant experience

   •         7+ years of Talend  ETL software experience with data
warehousing and business intelligence projects and industry best  practices

   •         3+ years of ETL Technical Lead / Architect experience

   •         5-10 years of experience with relation a databases such as
Oracle and SQL Server

   •         Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) & BI

   •         Strong data warehouse applications knowledge

   •         Development of Talend data intake, cleansing and
transformation process .



   RESPONSIBILITIES :-



   •         Our projects will include integration, data quality, data
enhancements, Hadoop, MDM, BI, and many other activities. This is not a
typical “we need you to write some ETL scripts” kind of an endeavour and we
encourage strategic thinkers to apply

   •        Work closely with the Data Warehouse customers, Business
 Analysts, and Architects / Developers to gather and document requirements
to support the data analysis needs of the organization. Prepare functional
requirements specifications and source to target mapping documents,
identifying

             underspecified requirements and other  design challenges

   •         The ETL Architect will design and develop scalable data
acquisition services (ETL jobs and processes). Design & develop the Data
Integration framework. Ensure code-reuse and maintainability

   •         Set standards for Dimensional Data warehouse and ETL design
and development

   •         Use industry standard Data warehousing, ETL and reporting
platform tools (Talend, Informatica, Oracle) to support business  objectives

   •         Perform data profiling and source to target mappings  for
populating dimensional models

   •         Maintain data workflow processes providing quality control
and  transparency for complex data processing pipelines, including
experience developing QC unit, regression and performance tests and
deployment strategies for such environments

   •         Strong SQL skills on large-scale databases, knowledge of RDBMS
tools such as Oracle, MySQL, MS SQL Server, Hive or others

   •         Experience with Linux or Unix based systems and scripting

   •         Implement change data capture, slowly changing dimensions,  as
well as transaction, accumulating snapshot, and periodic snapshot fact
 tables

   •         Be able to function and meet deadlines in agile environment
