   - *Analyze the current state of PeopleSoft 9.1 Payroll process to
   identify opportunities for increased efficiencies from a overall time to
   execute and risk and error reduction. *
   - *The deliverable of the analysis would be a documented inventory of
   current gaps in best practices and list out specific and targeted
   recommendations for improvements in process and risk reduction that can be
   implemented in a short time frame so DTCC can realize a quick return on
   investment. along with a cost to cure.*
