Please to me at puj...@itscient.com or hr.rec...@itscient.com *Job Title: Test Lead with P&C Insurance experience* *Location: Madison, WI* *Duration: 6+Month* Expected rate: $40-45/hr *Job Description: * - Experience : 8 Yrs - Candidate must have working experience in Property & Casualty line of Insurance. - Manual testing , Performance Testing (not mandatory but preferable) - Participate in Business and System requirements sessions - Interact with clients to understand and elicit functional and non-functional requirements of the project. - Understand requirements and change requests, review the impact, dependencies to provide resource and time estimates - Test case, Scenario preparation and execution. - Test results reporting and capturing. Defects tracking and capturing. - As Onsite coordinator, collaborate with offshore team to provide status on ongoing releases , assign tasks and review the work. - Document and share own learnings from the project. Participate in and prepare content for KT sessions. - Collaborate with Tester, lead and review Test Strategy and Test Plan. Ensure Client agreement and sign-off on the Test Strategy and Test Plan - Rate Cap Max $45/Hr.
