Position: Tech Writer Location: (Houston, TX): Duration : 6 Months + Job Description: • Create and maintain wiki-based User Guides, Training Guides, Implementation Guides, Release Notes, Quick Reference Guides and other collateral material. • Design, develop, and maintain training materials to facilitate instructor-led classroom training classes and online video training. • Construct and maintain datasets to support training materials and user testing. • Participate in developing documentation and testing plans for new applications and/or features. • Communicate regularly with Business Analysts and Developers in an Agile environment to ensure documentation is accurate and effective. • Document end-user online help system based on written specifications, interviews with other team members, and hands-on testing of the applications. • Assume responsibility for managing and coordinating the online help system. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "REQSRESUMES" group.
