*Job description :*
This is a hands-on developer role with the team, which develops camera and
image signal processing solution for laptops, tablets, smart phones,
wearable and several other platforms with multi-core SoCs.
You will be responsible for integrating firmware and software components
for the end-to-end camera/imaging software stack.
Your role will require integrating the core firmware components, developed
by the firmware feature teams, into end-to-end use cases running on the SOC
and Windows software stack with the development and debugging of the device
driver, ISP firmware interface and HAL code. It also includes bring up of
new camera sensors modules to platforms.
You must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Computer Engineering or
related field with 5 years of relevant post-degree experience.
Excellent hands on experience in followings
a) Windows drivers – focused on sensor, drivers, flash/led drivers/CSS and
ISP driver including how to extend AV Stream driver for camera.
b) User space Camera pipeline(Microsoft) –
defining/implementing/integrating new/existing interfaces for custom
functionality (ex: 3A,ULL,HDR etc.)
c) Strong C / C++ and low-level programming skills and proficient in
debugging techniques and tools
d) Good communications, analytical and problem solving skills
e) Nice to have - Good understanding on camera/imaging domain.
