Experience with Eclipse based development environment (i.e. MyEclipse) Secure coding (e.g. adhering to secure coding standards such as those from Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP)) Experience working in team environment from detailed technical design, development, unit testing and code reviews. Excellent written and communication skills. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience *PREFERRED SKILLS:* Develops quality application code using Java/JEE, Spring ,Hibernate, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript/JQuery, JPA, EJB3, SOAP, ORACLE/DB2, SQL, XML, UML, SWING, Rational Tools Apply Test-Driven Development & Experience designing and implementing solutions through all phases of the SDLC lifecycle. Works well with the business analysts and the development team members to ensure understanding of the requirements. Previous experience with Versioning tools, Ant Scripts and Configuration Management Practices. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* The candidate will be a key software developer for the implementation and/or support of various client applications. Candidate will translate software requirements into workable programming code and maintain programs for use in business applications. He would assist in the identification of business requirements, creation of functional designs and creation of technical designs.
