*Position: Release Manager with R&DM operations* *Work Location : Owings Mills, MD* *Duration: 6+ Months* *JOB DESCRIPTION :-* *• Partner resources will be responsible for delivering all artifacts associated with the activities requested in the In Service definitions in Section 3 above. Timelines and due dates will be mutually agreed between CareFirst and Partner for the activities specified during R&DM operations. * *• Quality targets defined in the R&DM policy and practice guidelines will be further defined at an organizational level and will apply to this Work Order. * *• Deliverables from project perspective:* *1. All work tasking and deliverables in accordance with the approved policy and practice guidelines.* *2. Documentation defined in the practice guidelines (R&DM practice) * *3. Reports and metrics per practice guidelines (R&DM practice) as well as all stated timeframes* *4. Provide mentoring, training support as defined in the practice guidelines (R&DM practice), to include but not limited to* *a. Process* *b. SOP* *c. Management Weekly Question and Answer forum (Online call)* *c. Liaise with Release Manager in supporting the process improvement documentation and support* *d. Maintain the release records up-to-date and provide support on updating the metrics* *e. Identify the improvement opportunities in R&DM space and provide recommendation for tangible outcomes* *9.
