*Minimum Experience. *

   - Bachelor's Degree
   - Demonstrated understanding, expertise, and ( "in production‚ÄĚ)
   implementation of DA standards and principles contained in an
   industry-recognized EA framework (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman, DoDAF)
   - Demonstrated experience leading data conversion initiatives in complex
   - Possesses a minimum of seven (7) years' professional experience
   performing activities directly related to DA
   - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Visio
   - Proficient in the use of data modeling tools and techniques
   - Verifiable communication (verbal and written), leadership, analytical,
   and decision-making skills interacting with high level leadership (e.g.
   CIO) to functional and technical staff-level positions

*Preferred Experience. *

   - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering Field
   - Master's Degree in Computer Science or related Engineering Field
   - Active EA or equivalent certification, and/or equivalent experience
   (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman)
   - ·ossesses expert-level skills in the development and maintenance of DA
   artifacts and catalogs in accordance with an industry-recognized EA
   - Demonstrated experience supporting technology activities for an ERP
   implementation or a similarly-sized transformative technology project
   - Experience with financial ERP applications
   - Experience working with State agencies or other state governments
   similar in size in terms of annual budget and full-time equivalent (FTE)
   employee count
   - Experience with architecting data warehouse and data mart solutions
   - Experience with architecting business intelligence solutions
   - Software engineering experience using service-oriented architecture
   (SOA) including developing and maintaining data services

*The Contractor shall perform the following tasks:*

   - Identification of risks associated with the area of Data Architecture
   and the development of mitigation plans to address those identified risks
   throughout the life of the contract.
   - Take day to day direction from the Project's Manager and work with the
   team to support all activities related to the Project's development and
   maintenance of its Enterprise Architecture in the areas of data
   architecture (and related areas as needed)
   - Serve as a DA thought leader throughout the life of the contract. The
   DA Contractor shall collaborate across Project Tracks to provide technical
   support for the Project and its objectives. The DA Contractor will serve as
   a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of DA as well as an ERP
   deployment advisor to the Project Team.
   - Assist in any planning and strategy, and execution activities related
   to the technical aspects of the project. The DA Contractor will work with
   the Project Team to review, support the production of, and execute any
   strategic plans or documents developed by each Track as it relates to the
   technical aspects of the Project as directed by the Track Lead and the
   Project's Enterprise Architect.
   - Provide procurement support
   - Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager, Project Director
   and/or their designee(s).
   - Complete transition services including facilitating lessons learned
   meetings and creating a lessons learned document related to this DA Support
   Services contract as well as the overall Project. Transition services also
   include providing all of the documents, software, software licenses and
   other Project artifacts to the Project Team as it relates to the work
   performed under this contract. Other Project support which includes
   - Support updates to weekly Status Report; Review and refinement of
   Project materials created by the Project Team to ensure project material
   and messaging consistency including document templates;
   - Coordination with the PMO, BPS, and OCM tracks to develop new/update
   templates for Track and Project use;
   - Facilitation of meetings, promote teamwork and collaboration and
   provide training as needed;
   - Support of risk and issue tracking, mitigation, and escalation
   processes and tools for the Project Team;

   - Support change management communication activities; and Researching,
   collecting, evaluating and refining data and or tools necessary to meet
   project reporting and evaluation requirements.
