- Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB)
Description: Seeking assistance with identifying and defining the effort
that would be required to fully automate the administration and reporting
requirements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) utilizing Oracle seeded
functionality. The ultimate work product we are seeking would be a
comprehensive study and breakdown of the available Oracle ACA functionality
(ACA related patches, fields, APIs, tables, etc.) and any necessary system
configurations and/or processes that would be required to support the
Oracle ACA functionality, tailored specifically to Client’s employee data
and business processes.
- Functional consultant that has a solid understanding of the
Oracle ACA related functionality and has direct experience developing and
implementing this functionality for other companies with similar complex
- Individual would need to have a strong working knowledge of the Oracle
Human Resources Management System (HRMS), Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB),
Time, and Payroll EBS modules and a comprehensive understanding of the
interactions, interconnections, and flow of employee data across these
modules specifically relating to ACA system functionality.
- A strong understanding of OBIEE reporting capabilities would also be
