Job Description:
You are responsible for collecting, analyzing and utilizing operational
performance data to identify, prioritize, and deliver improvements to the
The Sr. Metrics Analyst will develop and maintain standard reporting
measures, recommend action plans, and provide ongoing analysis of solutions.
You will work with all levels of management by leading, coaching or
assisting in projects to improve defect rates, cycle time,costs, or
customer satisfaction.

The assigned activities would be related to:

Partner with business leaders to develop and understand business metrics
and patterns in the data, and to help drive data-based strategic decision
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, identify and prioritize
improvement opportunities, and recommend changes to management.  Provide
analysis prior to and following any recommended changes.
Lead or assist on improvement projects.  Provide analytical support of
actual results against budget and feasibility of proposed business
Coach team members and leaders on process improvement tools and projects
Creates and maintains multiple operational reporting tools.
Hard core IT asset management exposure.
Understanding to Asset Management tools, CMDB, & Asset Management process
is large organization is mandatory.
