*TITLE: Business Analyst with Maintenance Management System*
*LOCATION: Chandler, AZDURATION: 6+ Months*
*Requisition Details:*
The ideal candidate will be able to provide leadership and drive ongoing
systems standardization for the CMMS((Computerized Maintenance Management
System) technology solution across NXP, as well as assist in the
formulation of policies, procedures, and standards relating to CMMS.
Future projects would include a CMMS software standardization between all
of the NXP semiconductor factories and collaborating with external software
vendors to benchmark new products and redefining our CMMS roadmap.
- *GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- Play a pivotal role in managing the CMMS application providing
on-going support, coordinating enhancements and upgrades, and driving
ongoing adoption across NXP
- Provide direction to a team of software developers and ensure CMMS
enhancement projects are complete and functional, meeting all stated
requirements
- Manage a key user group, develop and implement standards, and
provide appropriate upward and downward communication
- Provide consultation / support throughout NXP to locations that use
CMMS
- Develop, review and approve technical / functional specifications
- Manage the technical aspects of support and development functions
handled by core IT and system vendors
- Develop and conduct internal / external training as required
- Participate in establishing a Tier 1 sustaining support model of
the CMMS solution by documenting standard work for IT related issues
- *QUALIFICATIONS*
- BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related
field
- 3+ years of experience with semiconductor operations or similar
industry
- Working knowledge of database architecture and IT systems
- Familiar with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Motivated team player with excellent planning, organization, and
problem solving abilities skills
- Able to work collaboratively with business owners, factory
engineering and other service groups
- Demonstrated ability to present information, project updates and
interact with various target audiences
- Demonstrated ability to create detailed design specifications and
documentation for complex software systems using standard development
methodologies
- Ability to set priorities as well as strong attention to detail and
timely follow-through
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Visio, and MS Project
- *DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS*
- MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related
field
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems and/or
asset management systems
