Location: Des Moines, Iowa Duration: *12+ months * Interview: Face to face Industry: Agriculture *Job Description :* *Responsibilities* Candidate must have strong communication skills Any previous agricultural experience is a nice to have! § Minimum 5 years of ABAP experience § Strong preference for candidates who have development experience in multiple SAP modules including SD, MM, FI, CO, PP, and WM. § Working knowledge of data dictionary, screen painter, menu painter, ALE, ALV, BADIs, BAPIs, BDCs, IDOCs, RFC, SAP Script, Smart forms, user exits, configuration, and object oriented programming, is required. Experience with Adobe PDF forms preferred. § Experience developing user exit enhancements and reports / custom tables and transactions. *Project Scope:* Integrated Operations – MES Project § Code and unit test programs for various SAP modules and functions using ABAP. § Debug issues with highly customized code. § Create/Modify customized reports for SAP modules using ABAP programming languages. § Design forms for various SAP modules using tools such as PDF forms and Smart Forms. Skills/Experience Ability To § Capable of receiving complex business applications requirements; determining the most appropriate method of achieving the necessary results; and developing, implementing and checking the resulting system changes or modifications. § Must have the ability to communicate technical information both in person and in writing. § Must have current experience with SAP integration technologies: Process Integration, Data Services, Interfaces, Middleware, ABAP, BAPI, IDocs and EDI Processes § Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain strong organizational skills. § Candidate must be able to effectively communicate well with IT team members, staff and vendors. § Abilities include being comfortable learning and using new technologies, able to work on multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced team environment. § Be able to troubleshoot and research problems independently as well as part of a functional team.
