Title: *BI Developers * Location: Atlanta, GA Duration : 12 Months Interview: Phone and face to face *Job Description* -We are currently recruiting for OPEN SOURCE BI DEVELOPERS for a Fortune 100 Company in. -The Company is in the process of shifting to OPEN SOURCE technology for all development enterprise wide. -This team uses *ItelliJ IDE* as the (Integrated Development Environment) for developers to work from to produce their *JAVA & PYTHON* code. -Developers will be building out BI solutions in Open Source technologies (Java and Python.) -Developers will be writing code in Java and Python to build a cloud based BI solution. -This Company is a MAC Operating System Shop and use a MAMP stack (Mac/OS, Apache, MySQL, Python.) -XP (Extreme Programming) or Paired Programming Methodology, daily stand ups, quasi-agile approach, test driven development, morning code block and afternoon code block. Requirements: -Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in some Business Intelligence capacity (*BI, ETL, EDW*, etc) -Candidate must understand how to build a database. Candidate should also have 2 years of *Core Java.* Candidate should also have 2 years of *Python skills.* Candidate must have the traditional T-SQL, SQL skills that is common with BI and Data Candidates must be very good communicators and raise issues or concerns with technical work, bugs errors etc. so they can be addressed immediately. This is a long term contract position.
