They will also learn to test physical devices such as security panels, pulse panels, etc. They don’t need to have prior experience with this because it’s pretty unique, however if 1 or 2 of the 3 have hands on experience with physical devices (electrical engineering in a lab) that would be a big plus - Another bonus: ability to build automated test frameworks - *Looking for a 2-3 year person who is smart and has the desire and ability to learn with a foundation in these skill sets.
