Please share the profiles at* robin.hart...@izaritsolutions.com <robin.hart...@izaritsolutions.com>* *Job Title : Sr Devops Engineer* *Location : Austin, Texas* *Duration : 6+months * *Rate : $50/hr…* *Job Requirement:* 5-7 years extensive hands-on Unix/Linux experience required. 3-5 years extensive hands-on experience in understanding and building CI/CD platforms integrating various tools and technologies and experience with build management and continuous integration tools (Bamboo/Cruise Control, Hudson/Jenkins) 3-5 years experience with tools like Puppet, Chef, Chef Automate, Delivery, Workflow, Test Kitchen, ChefSpec, InSpec, ServerSpec, RSpec, ChefSpec, Puppet Enterprise etc.. Extensive experience with one or more Unix shell scripting languages (Bash, C-Shell, ...) Extensive experience writing Puppet Manifests and Chef cookbooks, resources, templates and providers. Experience with cloud services (Amazon EC2/S3/RDS/ELB/VPC, OpenStack) elastic capacity administration and cloud deployment and administration tools a plus Relevant experience including in managing Linux/Unix platforms in these functions; application/db server administration (JBoss, WebLogic, NodeJS, MongoDB, MySQL etc.), DNS, linux system configuration and administration (RedHat, Ubuntu) Strong in high-level scripting language (preferably Ruby or Python) Experience in SCCM and network management tools Experience with Virtualization Solutions (Vmware, Kvm, Xen Server) Understanding of automation practices throughout the development, build, and deployment phases of the application life-cycle Demonstrated ability to support and administer pre-release and production environments for internal facing applications. Understanding of revision control and continuous integration best practices. Experience using an operational ticketing system to record changes and work history details such as JIRA, Rally or Service Now. Exposure to monitoring products like Nagios, Splunk and deep diagnostics.
