If they have TOSCA that will be good and good chance of getting shortlisted as client is using that*. *Role :* QA Automation Lead with Tosca *Location :* Dallas, TX *Duration :* 12 Months + *POSITION PURPOSE* As a member of IT organization, working under the direction of Director of QA; the QA Automation Lead is responsible for building automation framework, tool assessment and overall automation effort to focus on improving quality and efficiency of testing of assigned project. He/she will collaborate with other QA engineers, development and business teams to ensure that a quality product/functionality is delivered into production. *PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES* 1. Working collaboratively with business, provide input to make the user stories and automation requirements well defined and robust 2. Collaborate with developers and testers to provide input for automation-ready design and test cases 3. Analyze requirements; their downstream impact and upstream dependencies/connections and provide automation estimate (agile/waterfall) 4. Own and execute end to end test automation effort for agile and waterfall projects. 5. Conduct automation feasibility study, estimate and deliver robust automation suites 6. Develop tool agnostic automation approach 7. Define/identify automation testing requirements, approach, framework changes and create automation strategy and plan 8. Design, develop, review and maintain automated test suite 9. Keep up to speed with industry trends and QA tools/techniques and identify the potential to implement at Essilor 10. Prepare training material and automation documentation *EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS* 1.
