1. Understand Informatica and has worked in MDM for few years
2. Understand Java, Maven and Spring. Go through the existing Java code in
Spring framework and convert them into requirements using UML diagram
(Sequence/Class Diagrams) so that it helps Tibco developers to write the
code.
3. Tibco BW : Understand Integration and Tibco layer, design and
architecture.
4. Project Management : Provide Status reports to the Program Manager and
Identify Key risks and elevate it to PMO
