Title: Security Architect
Location: Sacramento, CA

ProjectGoal
† The primary project goal is to provide an automated solution to support
the current and foreseeable business needs of staff.
Position Requirements
† At least six (6) years of verifiable experience performing technical
security control architecture and design; information security solution
engineering; security technology implementations; evaluating new security
technologies; and maintaining and operating at least one system.
† At least five (5) years of experience in security technologies including,
but not limited tooperating systems, networking, databases, directory
services, firewalls, encryption, web services and applying security
principles based on best practices and industry standards.
† At least five (5) years of experience managing and monitoring critical
security infrastructure components including incident management and
responses; and advising and consulting with internal clients on operational
issues impacting security, including assistance on implementing solutions.
† The Security Architect shall have a current Certified Information Systems
Security Professional (CISSP) certification, or equivalent.
Desirable Certifications
† CompTIA Security
† CEH: Certified Ethical Hacker
† GSEC: SANS GIAC Security Essentials
CISM: Certified Information Security Manager
