Should have demonstrated success in applying critical thinking /problem solving methodologies. Six Sigma, Lean Thinking or A3 certifications a plus. · Candidate must possess ability to work with minimal supervision to achieve results. Must be able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality and operate with poise and professionalism in a complex and rapidly changing environment. *Responsibilities* *Business Analyst:* Candidate will be responsible to learn Call Center requirements and take knowledge transfer to UAT and deploy iMedical Phase1B project. This project includes fulfillment functionality that includes new technologies (SDoc, DrawLoop and PrintNode). BA will be responsible to become subject matter expert in these business capabilities. *Independent Quality:* Candidate will be responsible to support responses to regulatory audit findings. Tasks will include creating and updating SOPs and Work Instructions, performing periodic reviews of SOPs and WIs related to business process and system integrations. Candidate will be asked to quickly learn existing platform governance SOPs and WIs and contribute to solutions and responses to audit observations.
