applications with setuid/setgid"), preferably together with the patch

since "shbinexec" and "javaexec" share similar concepts and code (e.g.
"shbinexec" was originally cloned from "javaexec", then
cleaned-up+fixed+adjusted to detect and run compiled shell code... and
the same work can be ported back to "javaexec").
