  The main configuration file for the Resin server. The file extension is
  "conf" not "xml", but the syntax of the file is xml.

mywebapp/WEB-INF/web.xml  (optional)
  The servlet standard configuration for the web application.

mywebapp/WEB-INF/resin-web.xml  (optional)
  Resin specific configuration for the web application.
  This file can also contain anything that is usually put in web.xml.
  The namespace is http://caucho.com/ns/resin

For this particular case, it probably fits best to put the
configuration in WEB-INF/resin-web.xml

<web-app xmlns="http://caucho.com/ns/resin";>

    <forward regexp="^/dmcontent/(\d+)"

To turn on fine logging look in RESIN_HOME/conf/resin.conf for lines
like this:

     - 'info' for production
     - 'fine' or 'finer' for development and troubleshooting
  <logger name="com.caucho" level="info"/>

Change from "info" to "fine":

  <logger name="com.caucho" level="fine"/>

In 3.1.5, you also need to change this line:

 <log name="" level="info" path="stdout:"
      timestamp="[%H:%M:%S.%s] {%{thread}} "/>

To this:

 <log name="" level="fine" path="stdout:"
      timestamp="[%H:%M:%S.%s] {%{thread}} "/>
