Hello - We are in the process of upgrading our Resin 3.0.22 servers to Resin 3.1.8. Is there any documentation for upgrading from Resin 3.0.x to 3.1.x. We have encountered a couple of issues (slow loading of initial page) and want to make sure we have everything configured properly based on our 3.0.22 resin.conf file.
