It's not easy to find, but dependency-check-interval is available in
3.0, 3.1, and 4.0. Search for 'dependency-check-interval' on each of
these pages. It's in the JSP section.

Is that only in Resin 3.1 and later or is that also in 3.0? Is the
JSP check interval configurable? Does a JSP change always force the
webapp to restart or will the JSP just recompile? I tried searching
through the 3.0 documentation, but I only see a reference to
dependency-check-interval.
